Butler Bulldogs vs VCU Rams – Final Score, Final Four

Butler and VCU met on Saturday in the first half of the national semifinals at the Final Four in Houston, Texas.

The Butler Bulldogs and the VCU Rams met in the national semifinals at the Final Four in Houston, Texas in a game that saw an 8 seed play an 11 seed for a chance to make the national final on Monday.

Butler made the championship game last season and they are back into the final this season as they defeated the VCU Rams 70-62.

Shelvin Mack had 24 points for the Bulldogs while Matt Howard scored 17 and coach Brad Stevens will now have to beat a powerhouse program in the championship game.

Connecticut and Kentucky have combined for multiple national championships in the last 20 years and one of those two teams will meet Butler on Monday. The Huskies and the Wildcats are next up on CBS in a game that is starting soon.
