The LA Dodgers set their eyes on 8th World Series Title

The LA Dodgers are the big favorite to clinch the 2022 MLB Trophy. After suffering a devastating upset to the eventual champions from the Atlanta Braves in the League Championships Series, 2-4, they are now ready to bounce back and repeat their marvelous run from 2019 / 2020 MLB season.

The team from Los Angeles has signed Trea Turner for one year throughout the 2022 MLB season as they will try to make the best out of this deal with the ex-player of the Washington Nationals. On top of that, Freddie Freeman, Mookie Betts, and Justin Turner have been among the best performing players in the MLB for the last couple of seasons.

The team is off to a hesitant start to the season despite the increased expectations. They lost twice to the outsiders Colorado Rockies in Denver. However, the LA Dodgers managed to scoop a 2-7 win over the Minnesota Twins who seem to be in a rather good form now. The first major test for the Dodgers will come on April 19 when they will try to take their revenge against the Atlanta Braves in their home, the Dodger Stadium.
