Top of the table Bolívar will play at home against struggling Wilstermann before second placed Blooming visit the surprise of the tournament, Real Tomayapo in third.

Bolivia’s two championship leaders, Bolívar and Blooming, are level on points and arrive off the back of differing victories. While Bolivar won 6-0 against Royal Pari, Blooming got a tight victory against Always Ready by 1-0.

This Saturday, Antônio Carlos Zago’s team will play at home against a tired Jorge Wilstermann. The “Aviator” have just returned from an exhausting trip to Chile after playing during the week in the Copa Sudamericana. In addition, Wilstermann head coach Miguel Ponce has been heavily criticized for last weekend’s home loss against Real Tomayapo.

Real Tomayapo now host the other Bolivian joint-leaders Blooming on Sunday. Blooming, coached by Rodrigo Venegas will have to face the tough Tomayapo, who are having a fairytale season, to maintain leadership.
The fight for first place will intensify in the next round of games, when Blooming will visit the Simón Bolívar stadium in a key game for the road to the title.
