Brooklyn Beckham is now more likely to follow his mother’s career path, according to bookmakers Ladbrokes.
After failing to make the grade and earn a scholarship at Arsenal, Ladbrokes now make it just Even money he delves into the world of fashion for a future career, rather than professional football (2/1) like his father, David.
It is a 50/1 shot that Tottenham Hotspur’s academy take a chance on the eldest Beckham child and sign him up to their youth squad, while it is still 25/1 that the teenager eventually plays a Premier League game for Arsenal.
Ladbrokes spokesperson Jessica Bridge told Crunchsports.com: “It was always going to be hard for Brooklyn to emulate his Dad, but at this stage the odds now suggest he’ll be swapping the football pitch for the catwalk.”
