Belgrano look to maintain first place against bottom of the table Güemes

On Monday April 11, bottom of the table and coachless Güemes from Santiago del Estero, welcome Belgrano, who want to stay top of the league.

The dream of the ‘Piratas’ to achieve promotion to the First Division still stands. After three consecutive victories, Guillermo Farré’s team are the clear leaders of the Primera Nacional B with 22 points.

To continue this streak, Belgrano will visit Güemes who are currently last in the standings, with only four points in nine games. In addition, Güemes are currently in the search of a new coach, after Pablo Martel resigned following the defeat against Deportivo Riestra. Martel is remembered by Güemes fans for being the coach who achieved promotion to Primera Nacional B in 2021.

Belgrano will seek to maintain or increase the distance of three points to Brown de Adrogué, who on Sunday will be at home for a thrilling match against Deportivo Maipú de Mendoza.
