Tom Brady To Join Fox Sports Upon His Retirement From NFL

Brady To Join Fox Sports After Retiring

Although we still don’t know when Tom Brady will finally retire from the NFL, we just got a better idea of what that retirement will look like.

On Tuesday, during an earnings call, Fox CEO Lachlan Murdock announced that Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady will join Fox Sports as its lead NFL analyst when his playing career ends. Brady will call games alongside play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt and will serve as an “ambassador” for Fox.

“We are delighted that Tom has committed to joining the Fox team and wish him all the best during this upcoming season,” said Murdoch.

Neither Murdoch nor Brady offered any clarification on when the quarterback plans to hang up his cleats. Brady famously retired for 40 days this past offseason before reconsidering and returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Last season was one of Brady’s best, throwing for 43 touchdowns and a career-high 5,316 passing yards.
